The make-up of PACE Property Broking is of such that we can cater for most property requirements, ranging from the smallest lease deal to large developments. The PACE national footprint allows for deals to be done on a national basis, whether it be portfolio acquisitions, individual investor acquisitions or multi-national lease/sale deals.

Specialist activities include, inter alia, lease structuring, lease discounting, lease renewals and standard lease negotiations on an individual or portfolio basis. To this end, tenant and landlord negotiations are entered into. Tenant installation requirements are negotiated and co-ordinated.

Proposed lease backed new developments are also negotiated with developers on behalf of prospective tenants. In addition to leasing, the acquisition and disposal of all types of investment property are undertaken on behalf of our clients.
