Peter Barry

Peter Barry completed a diploma in Electronics at the Kwazulu Technical College in Durban. His introduction to property started at Attorneys Shepstone & Wylie where he joined as a paralegal in the Commercial department, managing a number of their properties and also running his own portfolio.

He then joined Katherine Reardon Properties as Client Liaison Manager and was responsible for the entire business where they were involved with new developments and the sale and rental of projects on behalf of he developers. Peter then later moved to Gauteng where he joined Trafalgar Property & Financial Services (Pty) Ltd to manage their Regional Facilities Management Company and soon thereafter took over the management of Trafalgar's entire regional office.

The CEO of Trafalgar then involved Peter in The Innercity Upliftment Project. This involved management of over 28 buildings and more than 2000 rental units including the infamous Ponte Building. Peter seized the opportunity and turned it into the success which it now is.

Peter joined the Pace Property Group as Director of Pace Property Management in November 2003 and currently coordinates the management of retail shopping centres spread nationally as well as various commercial and industrial investment properties.
