PACE Property Management was established to service the Property Management needs of the large and small investors with the emphasis on providing a property management solution to all forms of investment property.

Currently the portfolio under management comprises retail, commercial and industrial properties located in certain prime urban areas in South Africa. Under the direction of Peter Barry, PACE Property Management is able to provide a personal property solution to its clients and insure maximum return on investment by maintaining a focused approach with regard to each individual property.

Pace Property Management actively manages retail, commercial and industrial properties on a national basis. It currently has R1,5 billion under management and is aggressively growing this base.
