The Pace valuations division focuses on Commercial, industrial and residential valuations, providing detailed and accurate valuations reports, sound advice and maintaining a rapid turnaround time to clients, in order that key valuation information can be timeously and effectively utilised.

Valuation reports are compiled in accordance with the South African Institute of Valuers regulations.

The positioning of Pace in the commercial and industrial market of South Africa, ensures that the most up to date market information is available to the valuers, as well as the added spin off benefits of access to potential tenants or investors should that be the clients requirement.
